Linda L. Parkhill, 67, Oblong, Illinois passed away at 9:37 a.m. (EST) on Tuesday, July 9, 2013, at the Gateway Deaconess Heart Hospital in Newburgh, Indiana.
Linda was born in Ontario, California on December 19, 1945; she was the daughter of George and Geneva (Williams) Tomlinson. She worked on a chicken ranch and then was an over the road truck driver for 18 years. She was a member of the Prior Grove Baptist Church. Linda loved to shop, eat pizza, take care of her many pets and especially enjoyed the time she spent with her family.
Linda is survived by her three sons and two daughters-in-law, Jim & Andrea Dudding, John Eldredge and George & Debbie Eldredge; two daughters, Cindy Bautista and Donna Dicesaris; twenty-two grandchildren, Joe Roy, Chris Carpenter, Elizabeth and Jeff Shanes, Antionette and Randy Abrego, Thomas Dudding, Salvador, Christina, Monica, Marissa and Thalia Mosqueda, Christy Perez, Michael Bautista, Anna Radar, Martin Bautista, Tiffany, Jamie and Jacob Eldredge, Johnathan, Melissa, Josh, Alexis, and Chance Eldredge; 17 great-grandchildren; three sisters and a brother-in-law, Katherine Lowe, Shirley and Bill Covington and Georgia Buszka; as well as several nieces and nephews.
Linda was preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Peggy Irwin.
